This was such a fun piece to make- it was born out of play. I'm still very new to carving wax and I wanted to create something different....so I let my hands go and followed the thread that led me to these circular rings that feel like mini portals. There's so much to say about portals... and circles for that matter, but this ring feels like a reminder of the magic around us. Of the possibilities at our fingertips, if only we feel deeply and take a good look around.
